There is a whole lot going on these days with this personal discovery business. I have continued with my training to become a teacher trainer in what I will call blanket yoga. I have a really good feeling about the program and the people involved with it- yet in the back of my brain I do think - ee gads this could be a cult.
Recieved an amazing adjustment last night in a Continuing class- I had been doing Lunge incorrectly and with a hips squared adjustment it was a radical new feeling.
